Waist trainer 7 weeks after c-section?

Hi! Is it okay to wear a waist trainer 7 weeks after my c-section? My stitches have almost gone and I feel absolutely fine in myself.

I’d maybe give it a little longer, just to make sure the tissue underneath is totally healed
