I don’t mind getting a Qr code and printing off a sticker at the one stop etc. Zara do it and it’s cool
but boden have a system where you have to enter into a different app - not like in Zara where you just find the order and click on it

so this means uoyre flicking between two apps and it’s not good.

I haven’t tried it yet (seem to have kept everything recently- oops!). If it’s problematic, I’m sure they will make changes. It’s a new system after all.

Let’s hope. Need not be so clunky

Just sent something back using this. Its a bit weird but it did print me a label. I won't hold my breath for a fast refund.

More to the point thats 2022 done and I purchased only 3 Boden items. and returned 2. In 2019 it was 2/3 purchases a month!!!! The recent change in designs and quality has forced me to buy stuff from ME+EM, Saint Sofia and Mint Velvet and Marks instead. Boden are committing financial suicide by shunning their core buyers. A more sensible route would be to continue to sell their quality classics and do a boutique collection of crop tops and tinfoil skirts and horrible floral tents for the 'directional' buyer and leave us core buyers to buy bright cotton ottoman and ponte dresses, blazers, shirts, bretons and neat trousers and non floral items. I do not wish to resemble knit floral toilet roll cover. Or a chintz sofa in full flight.

@DoodlesMam Totally with you on this!

I agree. Plain classics. Uniqlo style. I found their crop tops odd

DannydeVitooo · 01/01/2023 16:04

Things I kept this year. Really like all - but all plain

the grey jumper - got it in black too

Boden used to be my go-to for workwear, but I don’t think I’ve kept anything this year.

DannydeVitooo · 01/01/2023 20:02

Workwear for middle-age women is woefully under catered for

woodhill · 01/01/2023 20:05

You look lovely Annie in those dresses😀

AnnieSnap · 01/01/2023 23:04

Thank you @woodhill We all have different taste of course. The last dress is a very over-sized without a belt. I think Boden has quite a broad range of designs though and I’ve yet to find swimwear as good as theirs.

woodhill · 02/01/2023 09:36

😀@AnnieSnap

Yes I used to buy a lot including swimwear but I'm too bigger cup size now.

My dc used to like it too and it had good teenage stuff

I have bought the odd thing for dgd

I tend to buy from Seasalt now for basics

AnnieSnap · 02/01/2023 13:17

@woodhill I love Seasalt waterproof coats. I have the Janelle and it’s great. I also like their knitwear, jumpers, gloves and snoods and I have a couple of dresses from them. Generally though, I find their colours are too muted for me. I’m a strong colour girl.

woodhill · 02/01/2023 13:23

😀

Yes they can be a bit sludgy
