Sheepskin Coat

I have a long sheepskin coat and unfortunately a woman on the late train behind me threw up, some of it hitting my sleeve. I know I ought to have got her details to pay for dry cleaning but I couldn't think at the time.
What is the best way to clean the sleeve or should I put it through the washing machine?

Absolutely not in a washing machine, you'll shrink it and ruin it completely. DH washed both my fucking sheepskin rugs this summer and I haven't forgiven him. They are now seat pad sized.
