Winter-proof Chelsea boots

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some Chelsea boots which are likely to last a couple of winters and stand up to traipsing out and about countryside and town

I live in the countryside. I never ever wear my Chelsea boots out walking the dog in the winter. It’s just too wet and muddy. Penelope Chilvers and Grenson are expensive! Are you really going for country walks in them! ? Ruined in 5 minutes if you live where I do.

So buy whatever you want but buy wellie boots/hiking boots too! M&S Leather Chelsea boots last for me. Clark’s are ok. Jones are good too. Expensive makes are beautiful but they don’t last longer. Well not for me, anyway.
