Best make up range for a 13yr old

Any suggestions! It's for my daughter who's just started experimenting with make-up styles! so not expensive brands.....

Check out revolution from superdrug and collection from boots. Their cheapest makeup line but good quality.

Start with eyeshadow, kohl pencils and powder products, then foundation, gel eyeliner etc

Benefit has fun branding and does lots of things in mini sizes at reduced price compared to the full price products, so might be good if she has pocket money/birthday money to build her collection.
