Face is red and sore from the cold

It's getting cold outside now.

My face is getting so sore and red now from the cold. It looks like it's soke sort of a reaction. I looked in the mirror last night and it looked so bad. I started taking antihistamine.

I am on antibiotics so maybe it's a reaction to them but I doubt it because this isn't the first time it happened me.

Is there anything I can use on an aggrievated face.

I'm having the same issue and found this the best for calming my skin
eucerin ultrasensitive soothing care dry skin

More of a treat option but Aesop Damascan rose oil sorted out my sore dry winter skin last year

La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm is another good one - a really thick (but not greasy) calming cream - good for getting into all your books and protecting the skin barrier

I try to wear a scarf over the lower half of my face as much as possible which helps a bit.
