Help with Jo Malone

Does anyone know if Jo Malone will exchange a perfume for me? It was bought online as a gift and delivered direct to me. I don’t really like the fragrance and was wondering if they would swap it for another fragrance of the same size and price. I don’t want the giver to know I don’t like it and obviously don’t have the receipt.

Try and if not sell on eBay.

Post it on here. Someone might buy it close to the RRP but they are usually non refundable IIRC Jo Malone ones are not sealed.

I would think they would swap it for you.

It’s the Lime, Basil & Mandarin and I’d really like the Peony & Blush Suede.

I suppose they might as a gesture of goodwill but I wouldn't think the chances are that high. The person that bought it could return it easily enough if it's sealed but I appreciate that that is potentially difficult to navigate (albeit I wouldn't care at all, far better to have spent my money on something that is actually wanted and used!). Perhaps call customer services and ask them.

As others have said, you could easily sell it on ebay, particularly in the run up to christmas and would get a good price for it.
