Windproof umbrellas

I need to get teen. DS a compact umbrella umbrella for his school bag, that won't blow inside out the first time it hits a gust of wind.

Any recommendations?

Dutch ones. Windiest country. Not really being facetious, I think they did invent a windproof one but forget the name!
