Do you still go out for the Xmas and new year's sales or go online for a look
I still like to go out and have a good look to see what there is

No I don't because there just seems to be sales all year non stop online now and the Xmas/new year ones are just the same discounts.

No not really. I'd potentially browse online if I were bored at home or would check the price of things I already intended to buy (that I actually need) to see if there was a worthwhile discount but wouldn't make a special trip out to browse.

The only thing I tend to habitually buy in the new year sales are next years christmas cards and wrap, simply because they are reduced so heavily. I just pack them away in the loft with the christmas tree ready for next year.

I don't. Very little I suspect that would interest me.

I'd like to see Boxing Day shop closing as well as Christmas Day, incidentally. No way should there be 5am sales if they still happen on December 26th.

Chattyamy18 · 06/12/2022 11:58

Yes I agree with the 5am sale as I think it was Next that used to have queues before it opened.

No never have done really. I might look online. Our town has lost al its big anchor stores though so not much to look at. And I hate rifling through rails.
