I would love a pair of Dr Marten boots, but have candles and a night instep. Please can anybody recommend a pair with may be suitable and wide fitting.

Ha ha I wondered why candles were significant to wearing boots.
And err a night instep is a . . . . High instep ?

Following though as I have a wide fitting and a high instep and I would love a pair of DMS to.

DMs are quite wide fitting, and the laces can be accommodating for a range of ankles. Try some on!
I did't rate then because they used to rub my heels, and the innersoles weren't durable (back in the 90s!). These issues may have been related to the fashion of having them with very loose laces....

I've got fat feet and normal ladies Drs fit me fine. My ankles aren't particularly big but I'm sure looser laces would combat that.
I find mine really comfy.

I recommend the Pascale, lovely soft leather, no wearing in and a bit more give across the top.
