F&M Advent Calendar Empty Boxes

I’ve just opened Day 5 to find it’s empty.
Subsequently have asked DH to check all the others and both 17 & 24 are also empty.
This is the whole top row - so if you have an F&M one I’d get it checked.
I’ll be contacting Customer Services this morning.

@SittingontheSidelines - that’s a shame, it’s so disappointing.
They eventually collected my calendar and delivered a replacement yesterday, but CS was not good.
I spoke with 3 different members of staff and got told different things each time. Eventually a manager rang me back and arranged the swap.
Hope you have better luck if you call them.

Last year I had a drawer missing (an eye mask). I contacted CS and they sent me a bottle of wine. Along the way they upgraded it to an expensive bottle of champagne. Seems like the CS has declined. To be quite honest so many places seem to have got worse. For a premium place like F&M that’s a bad move.

Hi DH rang them. They said they'd send a replacement but the item is currently out of stock so don't know when that will be (I don't know what it is, DH dealt as he bought it for me). But they've said they'll send a complimentary tin of biscuits by way of an apology so we'll see. But yes it's a bit annoying at those prices.
