Hair damaged by hairdresser?

I had partial foils put through my ‘bang fringe’ and face framing. Usual salon but a different stylist. I have had this done before and had completely grown it out so the colour on Saturday was on virgin hair.

One side of my fringe has a section that has broken (?) to be about two inches shorter than the rest and is odd in its texture. It hasn’t been cut short because all the strands are different length. The texture is frizzy. Is this damage by the colour? It wasn’t there before.

Can the salon do anything? It looks awful. I could use straighteners but mindful this will damage it more. I didn’t notice in the salon, only when I got home.

Whilst I have had my hair coloured before I don’t really know much about whether this was caused by the colour?

Yes that’s colour breakage - I’ve been there. You need to find a salon that puts bonder in the colour like Olaplex or Redken built in bonder.
Shes over bleached your hair - you can pop in to the salon to complain and ask for a damage repair treatment but apart from that there’s nothing else you can do but change your hair dresser.
