Was this a good deal?

I found this bag in TKmax for 50 pounds.

I'd been looking for a tan camera bag for a while. Is this a good deal?

I would ideally prefer it without the soft grain effect but can't find anything online like this for less than 100 pounds so seems like a good compromise?

if you love it, yes

Looks nice and if you like it that's all that matters.

If you do a reverse image search on Google you'll see what they generally go for, and similar styles. I looked quickly and it looks like an older style 'debbi' bag, a few new on Ebay for £60-70 so £50 seems reasonable.

Ultimately if you love it and are happy with the price and materials used for the price (eg leather, good quality) then that makes it good value. How much of a 'deal ' it is, is a bit secondary.

I had a quick look too and the price you got looks good and it's what you wanted.
I am wary of buying stuff just now as last year I saw a couple of things I had got being sold cheaper bin the January sales,🤨
