Theraface Pro

Has anybody bought / tried the Theraface Pro yet? Would you recommend it?
l’m in the process of losing a large amount of weight and read that this would be good for helping to tighten skin. I also suffer with TMJ / jaw pain and have seen reviews that say it can help with that too.
It’s very pricy so interested to hear people’s experiences of using it before I take the plunge. Thanks!

Oh definitely BUT only if you are really into your skincare and your gadgets! I have the theragun so knew I wanted the Theraface

You need to just set aside the ten mins a day to get the most out of it. I'm not the hugest cleansing brush fan but I use it three times a week and it's good. I use the red light most days and the heat ring most days too before my moisturiser. I try and use the cold attachment in the morning (but prefer my ice globes to be honest!)

I use the micro current ring a few times a week and the little facial massage things most days

Can't comment on the blue light as I don't have acne

It's really lovely quality and if you Go for it then get the black colour way as looks far nicer

I don't however see how it would help with jaw pain. I just don't think it's got the power to make a difference if you see what I mean? I could be wrong as I'm lucky enough to not have facial pain but if I did I think heat and painkillers would do more than this - but again, I could be wrong on that
