If you’re 5’3 in your forties please tell/show me your Christmas party outfit

I have no clue anymore. I am size 12 (just) 5’3 late forties with changing body shape & zero confidence in what to wear to Christmas party.
I’m spending too much time looking online and just don’t know what to get! I feel too old for many shops but can’t afford the more expensive ones. I want something I can wear again so not too fancy but want to look and feel nice. I haven’t dressed up in such a long time!
Please show me your outfits

I’m in my 50s and wearing velvet trousers, and a silk blouse with high heels. I’ll be-able to wear them both again and I feel “comfortable” in that I feel “me” in this kind of thing rather than a way out there sparkly dress.

I'm 43 and got a few Xmas parties. I'm wearing this top that I bought last year with some skinny pleather trousers and black heels. I'm 5ft 2.

The trousers are black btw.

I got this dress from River Island I'm the same in my 40's, size 12 and a smidge over 5'3 went for petite and it fits me really well. It covers your arms and there is ruching around the tummy area I think it very flattering and will probably wear it again. I'm wearing it with sparkly heels and some sparkly drop earrings to make it a bit more Christmas party.

I'm 5 foot 3 but 50 and 6-8. I got this as I love the colour - going to wear a beaten up biker jacket over it to de-glam it.
