Hypoallergenic makeup

I've been having a lot of eye irritation recently and I've had them checked by opticians and at the eye unit of the hospital to no avail. I think it could be caused by a new allergy to my makeup (though been using the same for years).

I don't wear much. just mascara and eyeliner. Could anyone please recommend any good products to minimise allergies?

Presumably infections have been ruled out? Have you changed your skincare routine, laundry detergent or any cleaning products you use? I'd stop using the mascara and the eyeliner for a bit and see if there is any improvement before buying something else. If it's an allergic reaction you might find an antihistamine helps.

sometime make up companies change up their formulation.
my sunscreen really irritates my eyes even when i avoid applying it near my eyes.
i'd suggested make up free/not just eye make up for a couple weeks then applying one at a time till you find the culprit.

I've done a few days without it a couple of times and it starts being sore again so I do think it could at least be contributing. Hope to find hypoallergenic mascara and eyeliner
