9 y/o skincare

DD9 is struggling with skin - she has an outbreak on her forehead and I feel for her so much. So far we've just been washing every morning and night with a simple soap but it's just not cutting the mustard. What would you recommend for her? She has fairly sensitive skin. Thank you!

Hair off the face, advise her not to touch her face, pillow case changed every other day so day 1 sleep on one side, flip it and sleep on other side then change the case. wash with a salicylic acid cleanser twice a day (Cerave does it but there are other brands) and make sure any moisturiser or spf is for oily skin and doesn't cause breakouts. Simple products don't work for me.
