Festive top/blouse

I'd be grateful for MN input please.

I am looking for a festive/statement top to get me through a few parties/going out.
Ideally suitable to wear with black trousers and heels.
I am late 40s and very tall. Size 14.
It must have sleeves, batwing suits me but not a demand.
V neck best on me and I'm happy with some sparkle, sequins, velvet.
Budget very healthy for the correct thing.
If it can skim the belly all the better!

All Saints have a few?

www.allsaints.com/women/tops-and-shirts/cleo-silk-blend-top/WM072W-5.html has nice sleeves, or www.allsaints.com/women/tops-and-shirts/perri-tulle-sparkle-top/WM222X-5.html is looser fitting with some sparkles, plus www.allsaints.com/women/tops-and-shirts/mila-velvet-top/WM170X-5.html has velvet and lacy bits (it looks a little short to me, but AS always seems to be designed with taller women in mind).

I would only wear black trousers with a black top half, but I'm sure there are others who would go a bit more colourful Smile
