Elusive perfect black party pants!

I need a nice pair of slacks for Christmas nights out - I tend to wear dark black skinny jeans (I know!) with boots but I want something a bit smarter.

Pairing with a black body and silver sequin shirt/jacket (www.zara.com/uk/en/sequinned-shirt-p09136555.html?v1=211214763) worn open.

I'm 5ft 1" size 10/12 - (10p in Next tend to be okay but not tight tight but Zara S can be too small depending on cut). Okay body BUT 3 kids and 2 sections means my tum is a bit round

Dislike high waisted things as I think they give me a pouch when I sit down - thinking cigarette / tux style - budget max of £50

Any ideas?

LOL I'm past the age of sparkly knickers unless M+S make sparkly big pants!
