Blouse collar conundrum

I don't know if anyone else has this problem so please don't laugh if it's just obvious
Or do, whichever.

I like to wear blouses/shirts casually, so not office attire. So I usually have it unbuttoned casually at the top. But I like the collar kind of wide and relaxed looking. It moves constantly, particularly if it's linen, and I'm always rearranging it.

Do other people just pin them down and try not to make the pin visible? Or is there some other obvious method I'm missing?

@terryschocolateorangee you can buy small Velcro dots in John Lewis that might help with this problem. The ones that I have are stick on ones so no need for sewing. Just remember to remove before washing!
