Has anyone seen a good faux leather skirt that’s not black?

I’m on the hunt for a skirt (preferably not £££, hence it will probably be faux) that will look smart with jumpers and boots, not too dressy or pleated.

I had my colours analysed this year and am a light summer so tend to wear lighter, brighter colours and black can look a bit harsh. I was hoping for a nice berry or something similar. My legs aren’t great and I’m a former hourglass turned apple, post-baby so something midi and a-line would probably be best.

Had anyone seen anything?

Thanks, I’d eyes this one up but wasn’t sure about the panels, I thought they might cut across in an unflattering way. Do you find it’s as flattering in the tan as the black?

I have a Khaki one from River Island but it's a few years old now. Think it was £15.

Slightly more expensive, 'eco leather' a line shirt in cognac by a small company that aims to be sustainable. All clothes are produced in Italy.

PicpoulDeMeNay · 23/11/2022 17:14

I’m 5ft3 and a size 12 with smallish waist but bigger tummy and hips. I honestly find it really flattering.

I’ve had the tan one a while and added the black recently when on offer.

Sorry @Blondbombsite that was in reply to you!

That’s interesting as you sound a similar shape to me (albeit I’m a larger size).

@PicpoulDeMeNay sorry to jump on thread with no actual ideas, but I love that skirt, but does it come up long on you or same as picture? I’m 5ft2 and more of a 16, but want it so much now, just worried it won’t be flattering on me!

It comes up a little longer on me, I would say maybe 2-3 inches longer than on the model? I wear it with either my knee length boots or my shoe boots, it honestly looks fab! Really soft and comfy to wear too.

20% off currently too - code Cheer20 :)

Returns are also really easy with Sosandar too. I have quite a few items of their clothing, and there's regularly sales and offers on if you sign up too.
