Joules returns

I did a big joules order just before it was announced that they were going into administration. I ordered a few things in 2 sizes, assuming I’d be able to return the stuff that didn’t fit.

So is it safe to return stuff for a refund? Will I get the refund?

I would take it into store to refund as there was a post on here a few weeks ago about refunds taking forever when posted back.

my refund a few weeks ago was amazingly quick. I queried why the initial postage wasnt also refunded (item was faulty) and they quickly dealt with that and refunded. not sure if this has changed since....

Can you get to a store?
