Underwear for spinning class

Hi! Not sure if this should be in the sports section or not but can anybody advise what underwear is comfy under leggings for spin class please? I had my usual comfy undies on but they've started riding up and the leg elastic part has started chaffing/cutting into the skin all around. This never happened before but I have put on weight so maybe related. I fear a thing would disappear never to be seen again but surely there must be suitable underwear that I haven't thought of?

I just wear leggings on their own - much comfier and no chafing!

M&S high legs always x

Really not necessary. I agree with @Madamecastafiore. Assuming your leggings are going straight in the wash afterwards (if they are not, you are not working hard enough 😁) you really don't need knickers under leggings for a spinning class.
