Can you help find these earrings?

I was watching RuPaul with a friend of mine and she absolutely fell in love with Michelle Visage's earrings on the last episode.

I'd absolutely love to get her them, or a close approximation, for Christmas.

I've spent hours googling trying to find them but with no luck at all! I'm usually an expert at finding things but this has me stumped (maybe it's my terrible lack of earring knowledge)!

Please can you amazing people help me find them?
