As a teenager I had long straight hair, until I reached about 20, and cut it all off into a short bob. Looking at it, neither style actually suited me! My mum is a hairdresser so still cuts my hair (at 35…) but I’ve decided to ask for money towards a fancy haircut for Christmas.
My hair is a fairly dark reddish blonde colour, which I quite like, but I’d maybe like some highlights.
The main problem is that I have a really round face, so I see styles like feathered bobs are recommend, but my hair is very thin and flat, and will not curl, no matter what anyone tries! I’m worried layers will look like someone has hacked it as it’s just flat and straight! Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m also currently growing out a fringe (another style that didn’t work!) and it’s currently at the bottom of my jaw, and still annoying me so I don’t want layers shorter than that!
Any ideas?
