White lump - where to get it removed ?

I’ve got a round white lump on my face, it’s very small, and I think I saw one being removed on TikTok. It was a blob of white stuff inside.
Is it the sort of thing I could get removed, and if so where ?

I would imagine a private dermatologist would do this
