Charity shop or Vinted buys of the weekend?

Bought from the Red Cross for £12 a Didrikson children’s parka (12-13) listed as 150(height) but fits me like a glove and doesn’t look like it’s for kids if you know what I mean.

Sounds like a great buy! I’m off to disappear into Vinted to kill time while I have foils on my hair, I shall report back 😁

Superdry leather jacket from Vinted, love it! £18.

Thanks @JudgeRindersMinder a quick look at the label tells me it’s a boys jacket and I don’t care. It’s dead toasty and it hasn’t been worn at all as there is no bobbling on the lining.

as for my parka I found sherbet in so most defiantly used (although very lightly)!

Spent £20 in the YMCA shop yesterday and came out with a Jaeger jumper for me, a Disney Princess costume for 3 year old DD, a pair of new balance trainers, a scarf and an absolutely rank men's top for 18 year old DD

€15 for a All Saints leather jacket

Found a lovely like-new, soft wool jumper, m&s Collection, £3 local charity shop. Also nice Monsoon cardi cardi for DM's xmas present (£5)! Love the 2nd hand shop buzz!

Our charity shops are so expensive I've given up £4 for a well worn primark jumper, £6.00 for a well worn thin on the thigh pair of supermarket jeans and around £15.00-20.00 for well used George or similar coat. These prices are pretty much uniform in four charity shops in our town.
I had a bad experience with vinted so I'm back to car booting, found a couple of Xmas jumpers £1.50 each at car boot. They aren't fancy, but that's the dc Christmas jumper day at school sorted.

Brand new with tags under armour half zip for teenage son for £10.. £42 on label

Vinted. Brand new Josef Seibel boots that retail around £120 that I bought for £40. I know they'll fit as I have the same pair already in another colour.

Rebecca Minkoff leather carry all style bag from my local Goodwill thrift in the US. $6.99 - still pinching myself.

Also a nice pair of Eileen Fisher loose fitting black jeans for $6.99.

I'm off to buy a lottery ticket next.

@Wakemeup17 I have done the same in terms of buying an All Saints leather jacket at a charity shop. Mine was £12 and it was a case of run don’t walk to the till! Such a find!

A Phase Eight dress from Vinted which is perfect for my Great Gatsby themed work Christmas party for £18, I love it and one in a different size has an RRP of £150!

Unworn Harrods trenchcoat for £15 - its a mens one but I don't care which side the buttons are (and I've been wearing my charity shop grey Harris tweed Christian Dior mens coat for more than 30 years now)

Charity shop bargains - I came on to post excitedly about the mint hardback book I got for £1, price new £46 but I see it's S&B so you probably won't be interested in that one. I got a Joe Brown's dress for £4 though.
