Revitalash is how much?!

MrsPicklesonSmythe · 12/11/2022 07:26

Just almost died at the price of Revitalash.

My lashes are a bit rubbish these days but lash extensions are too fussy and irritating (and expensive). Looking for a decent alternative that is suitable for sensitive eyes and someone who's a bit allergy prone.

Is this stuff really worth it or are there any other safe alternatives?

It really does work, so it’s about your priorities!

Era · 12/11/2022 08:29

It’s much. But it works. As long as you use it every day for three months and then keep using it

Housewife2010 · 12/11/2022 08:32

It didn't work for me. Radidbrow worked well on my brows.

MistyRock · 12/11/2022 08:33

Caster oil?

Era · 12/11/2022 08:49

Castor oil doesn’t work

FatToFitPart3 · 12/11/2022 09:02

Uklash is a bit cheaper.

BovrilonToast · 12/11/2022 09:04

I use Uk Lash. They’ve got an offer on at the mo and it’s about £25.
It does work really well. My lashes are so long now, I love them!

*I don’t work for them! 😂

thenightsky · 12/11/2022 09:09

Can you use on lower lashes?

Cookerhood · 12/11/2022 09:12

I've been using uklash & I would say they are longer but there aren't more of them. Isn't revitalash different in that it has an actual active ingredient in it rather than moisturisers etc (happy to be corrected)?

UK lash say not to put it on lower lashes but that it will spread there anyway. Mine haven't improved. Uklash is currently reduced for Black Friday

HunterHearstHelmsley · 12/11/2022 09:14

I have been using The Ordinary's one. It took a little bit longer to make much difference but its only 12 quid.

jaffacakesareevil · 12/11/2022 09:14

I rub in a drop of almond oil into my lashes before bed if they're looking a bit ropey. It does make them stronger and longer, which I assume the Revitalash claims to do aswell. Much cheaper too!

Cookerhood · 12/11/2022 09:16

Sorry, I was thinking of Latisse which has prostaglandins in it & not available here. As you were!

It's even cheaper this month!

Vermin · 12/11/2022 09:18

The ordinary one hurts my eyes so no idea if it works; revitalash definitely does though

Cookerhood · 12/11/2022 09:18

But £5 delivery. Also available at Boots although currently out of stock.

tiredmumma93 · 12/11/2022 09:20

I had an awful bad patch with the skin around my eyes. I used Vaseline on my eyes every night, over night for weeks and my lashes have benefitted soo much. They're much longer and stronger, although I've also not been wearing mascara either so the lack of chemicals from that also helped

ASOS stock it. I usually get it from there because I have free delivery.

PoppyBird · 12/11/2022 10:04

Rapidlash and rapidbrow work well for me. Did get knock-offs from onbuy though so I'm wary of bargains.

GoldIsMyChosenMetal · 12/11/2022 10:15

I got for Christmas and was allergic 😞 what a waste!

AnchorWHAT · 12/11/2022 16:02

Soap and glory one works as well.

Sotired22 · 12/11/2022 16:07

Rapidlash works for me, currently £27.99 on lookfantastic. You have to use it every day and be patient for a few weeks but it does work. People ask if my lashes are extensions when I use it consistently.

BlueShrimp · 12/11/2022 18:40

Agree with the PP - I have been using The Ordinary as well and my lashes are definitely longer, so will be sticking with that one. Don’t think I could justify the price of Revitalash when The Ordinary works well for me.

functioningadult · 14/11/2022 19:56

I’ve tried Revitalash and The Ordinary and I honestly think The Ordinary one works better

Fairyliz · 15/11/2022 06:45

I got some Revitalash in a beauty box so tried it out.
Yes it definitely made my lashes longer but a bit spindly like spiders legs it didn’t thicken them up which is what I would really like. I though it looked a bit strange like I had stuck on random odd lashes.
