Ugg Tasman sizing

I'm going to buy my teen niece some Ugg Tasman slippers for Christmas but can't remember how Ugg sizing works (having not worn Uggs for years and years). Can anyone advise please? She's a UK size 4, do I need to size up or down?

You just buy uk size 4. But I doubt you will get any in her size they've sold out
