Eyeliner that 100% will not budge

I'm fed up of looking in the mirror and realising my eyeliner has smudged either beneath my eye or somehow pooled in the inner corners.

I'm someone who has to wear eyeliner pretty much every day- a subtle thin cat eye thing on upper eyelid and then kohl in my lower eyelid waterline, again fairly subtle.

I've never really used anything expensive as Rimmel/Maybelline/NYX type brands were always fine but I think as I get older my eyes are becoming drier so they water more easily hence the smudging. I'm always bloody tired as well (I have a toddler) which doesn't help!

Can anyone recommend a decent eyeliner please?! Both for upper eyelid and waterline. Don't mind spending a fair bit as long as it works.

I find kohl on a waterline will always smudge, especially if your eyes are watering - is there a way you can skip the kohl liner?

I love the urban decay smudge proof perversion one, and the Lancôme (I think it's called idol) and they never smudge on my upper lash line. Both about £20 I think but I always get when they're on offer! Urban decay is invincible on me, but I do use powder / setting spray too.

Hmm lining my waterline is like my comfort blanket, I feel like I look half dead without it. I know it's not necessarily 'the trend' but I've always used eyeliner there.

Thanks for the upper eyeliner recommendations though, I have always heard good things about urban decay so maybe I'll try that first!

Ahhh I see!! Watery eyes are a bugger for kohl - are you using a kohl pencil? A traditional pot of kohl might work well (the little metal pots with the dried kohl powder in and a stick to apply) but Im not sure where you'd be able to grab one, perhaps a Middle Eastern store online or similar. I had an Arabic kohl in a tiny metal pot from a holiday and tbh it was the best kohl I'd used 😊

NYX waterproof. Does not budge no matter the swimming exercise or anything. Have to remove it all by itself.

I have been using the Wunderbrow eyeliner and it stays absolutely rock solid even with my watery eyes
