Very specific slippers

I just tripped on the stairs over my cheapo Tesco fluffy slippers, while carrying my son. All fine, just a bit of a bash to the arm for me. BUT pretty sure this means I need new slippers.

Ideally:

  • boot type
  • maybe sheepskin, definitely something snuggly but not sweaty
  • something that will stay secure on my foot
  • reasonable sole, more than just the suede with grippy dots type
  • not wildly expensive, maybe £40

Every Christmas my mum buys me slippers. Last year I told her not to bother, the suede slipper boots from Next she’d bought the previous year were still perfect. To be honest they’re still fine now but I might get them in a different colour just for a change. They’re solid enough that I can run out to the garden in them, I’ve even dropped the kids to school in them. They’re fluffy on the inside but not sweaty, they stay on my feet and they’re not at all slippy . Perfect for you OP!

Does that picture say that they were 37, now 45 @Twoscotcheggsandajarofmarmite ? 🤔🤣

Yeah, I think it got confused when I tried to switch from the Irish site where they are €45 to the UK site where they are £37 😂

Oh thanks they look good. Was a big ugg fan back in the day 😂 you've just reminded of a fab knitted pair I had that would fit the bill perfectly. Ah the noughties eh?
