Hair never the same after children?

Before I had my eldest and until he was around the age of 2, my hair was lovely, long and thick, with a thick fringe. It then started to shed and never really stopped. I had to grow the fringe out as it looked so thin, and confine having to get it cut as the ends look pathetic. I barely dye it, I've coloured it once this year. I had another baby last year and the shed after wasn't too bad but now she's 1 it seems to be getting worse. In some photos at the front you can see my scalp and how thin it is.
Is it from having children? Or just my age, will it never be the same age? First photo is when I was last reasonably happy with it in 2018 and the other is a recent photo.
Anyone any advice?
