Nose piercing jewellery

Hi, I got my nose pierced in the summer so I’m starting to think about trying some new jewellery but I don’t know where to start. Can anyone recommend any websites I can look at?

Am I best to go with surgical steel or titanium? I have a screw at the moment, should I stick with that?

I found one website which looked good but it asked you to select the screw’s thickness and length but I have no idea what I’ve currently got! What’s standard?

Titanium and got back to your piercing shop.

I got mine done in summer. I haven't had a chance to get to my piercer to have it changed however I would really recommend you do that than trying yourself.
Last week I pulled mine out completely by mistake when I was getting dressed. I have a screw style piece of jewellery also and OMG it was horrendous trying to get it back in. Finally found a YouTube video to follow. It was so sore as well!!

Titanium. If pierced with a needle it’s more than likely 18 gauge.
