What would they be and why?
For you, not your DC and no cheating with multi brand retailers like Next. Next = Next own brand.

I buy most of my clothes off Vinted , the brands above plus Joules and Seasalt as I know what sizes fit me in each brand. I really dislike trying on clothes so stick with what I know. I would love to try stuff from Sugarhill Brighton and Mint Velvet but the thought of finding the right size and sending stuff back puts me off.

@Satsuma2 I love Sugarhill and they are true to size in my experience! I’m lucky my local boutique stocks them - it might be worth seeing if they can tell you who stocks near to you.

These are for 'basics'.

But refuse to give up Marks. Hard to find bras my size and jeans (though the other do them. Plus the occasional Cos find.

M&S - sizing is good, you can find decent bras there too
Mango- I like simple design, handbags, jumpers, scarves
H&M - for pyjamas, socks, jeans and premium line

XingMing · 07/11/2022 17:10

Annette Gortz -- most stuff, especially jeans
Uniqlo
Andia Fora -- trainers

AnnieSnap · 07/11/2022 22:27

3 is harsh! Boden, Other Stories and Hush (If I could have 6, I’d add Cos, H&M and Thought).

userme1122 · 07/11/2022 22:47

F&F @ Tesco - more affordable and very good quality. Love their gymwear as well.

Dorothy Perkins - I'm petite, and their Petite range is one of the best I have found.

Boux Avenue - can't beat a pretty lingerie set.
