Help to find shoes

Hello all.
I'm looking for a pair of flat shoes right now and am struggling. I've tried all the places I can think of without success so I'm hoping you will be able to help me.

Flat, or no more than 1 inch heel.
Pointed toes, not almond or rounded.
Navy/midnight blue.
Leather (but not suede or nubuck).
Preferably no embellishments, definitely no rhinestones.
I can go up to about £75.

Thank you, @waltzingparrot, they look quite comfy. And I hadn't thought of US sites. Off to work out my equivalent shoe size, just in case.
