I know it's been discussed on here before but why is boots.com so shit. I just want to order some bits, first off it struggles if I try to use the filter so I have to scroll through loads of products only it doesn't like taking me from page 1 to 2. Eventually find everything I want and go to check out, I have to sign in, fine but I'm already signed in that's why my name is up in the corner. Go to sign in, now have to authenticate by text, ok, attempt this not sure if it's worked as now my name isn't in the corner. Go to basket - fucking empty! Try a few more times, still can't sign in or find my items in the basket.

I've given up, I like shopping at Boots because I like the points but this is ridiculous. The feedback button isn't working either - big surprise. Considering that we hear all this doom and gloom about the high street shouldn't boots be investing in a decent website?

They lost a customer here months ago. Superdrug site is a lot more user friendly!

Boots website drives me mad too. I have regular problems with signing in and have to change password or go on to a different laptop ( which is ridiculous). It’s very slow, keeps freezing and cut you off. Rrrr…

Yeah, I've given up with boots. Other sellers are much cheaper and don't make me want to punt my laptop through a window.

Yep. I said this on another thread this week. It asks for my phone number and then tells me I'm lying. (whilst emptying my basket randomly obvs)

At least it's not me just being incompetent I suppose. It's just so convenient as (when it works) I can do an in-store pick up from a local smaller boots store rather than mess around with deliveries.

I'll not be trying again though - will try somewhere that actually wants my money!

I've been trying to place an order for three days using three different devices! Removed items reentered them still no use. Deleted cookies like they say still nothing!

Yeah check out as a guest and/or (if you're on lap top) press refresh after 'place in basket' and the item actually appears the basket.

Also - if you're looking to check stock in a particular store and the little whirley circle just keeps going round and round forever, pressing refresh makes it stop thinking and show you.

This worked for me on another shop site i used recently but can't remember which one.
