Recommend me a perfume

I'm after a new perfume for Christmas, scents I've previously worn and liked are V&F Flowerbomb, Georgio Armani "Si" and Chanel Coco Mademoiselle. Does anyone have any recommendations for similar scents, or if you've worn these yourself what others have you liked?

I will of course be going to John Lewis and sniffing some perfumes first but love some suggestions to point me in the right direction!

Those three aren't really like each other, so it's hard to know what you're looking for.

I'm not after a specific scent, open to any suggestions but thought it might help people to know what I've liked before

I have fallen in love with Givenchy L’Interdit Millesime Noctural Jasmine. It’s so pretty and just a bit unusual. A little goes a long way too. I have to keep smelling my arm just to get a quick hit of it. It’s strange because jasmine is one of my least favourite scents but this to me is stunning.

I love all 3 of those perfumes - I also love Charlotte Tilburys scent of a dream, Narciso Rodriguez for her and Rock n roses by (I think) Guerlain x

I love all these perfumes. Very irresistible is my favourite but I also have Gucci bloom and the ten ml of tom ford black cherry because I can't afford £250 for the full size.

My favourite perfumes are “Juliette Has a Gun” they are just beautiful and very distinctive.
The scent last a long time.
If you go on their website you can buy a discovery set for about £25.
Its a great way to choose something different.
They retail at about £100 but I never pay more than about £65 if I shop around.
Another Oud and Lady Vengance are my favourites.
You order from France in Euro but delivery is usually about a week.
I buy the sets as gifts.

YSL Black Opium is as ‘sexy’ and heady as Coco Mademoiselle, beautiful as an evening scent

Sexy 212 by Caroline Herrera is beautiful, it has a wonderful dry down fragrance. Again I find it sexy

Clinique Happy is a gorgeous clean sweet smelling day scent

I love all of Tom Fords as I like the masculine spicy notes on them

Try the perfume palour for fragrant oils - they are less than a quarter of the price and the fragrance lasts so much longer

I don't know any of those fragrances, but my go-to is Gucci Rush, I never get tired of the smell. 😍

I love Michael Kors Jasmine

If you like Flowerbomb you might like La Vie est Belle. Similar sweet floral with a little gourmand nuance.

I always get compliments when I wear Poème de Lancôme.

It's rich but not too heavy so good for both day and night.

Current favourites are Marc Jacobs Perfect and Gucci Bloom. Very different scents. Also like Paco Rabannne Lady million and all of the variations.

@Bigslippers cherry smoothie from Zara is a really good dupe, just doesn't quite have the staying power, but it's a tenth of the price! I've been looking for a cherry/almond perfume for ages

I have/had these perfumes, also love la vie est belle, very irresistible, black opium but my favourite at the moment is Good girl.

My favourites are Chanel Mademoiselle, Marc Jacob's Decadence, Thierry Mugler Alien and Hermes Twilly. X

La vie est belle is gorgeous

Miller Harris Scherzo, absolutely lovely. I get lots of compliments when I wear this particular fragrance but also other scents from the same brand.

I'm not familiar with the scents you like- are they floral, woody, fresh, oriental etc? What are you into? If you can describe a bit more-

we might have more suggestions.

Prada Tuber Rose. My absolute favourite.
