Hi all - I've got two very red patches under my eyes/top of cheeks recently, I just had a proper look today as I thought it was just dry skin but it looks like small bumps up close? I haven't changed my routine or started using anything new.. could this be Rosacea? My skin does tend to get v dry in the winter but never had anything like this before..
