After a cheap staple moisturiser to incorporate into my skincare routine. Not facial specific, I’ll mainly be using it on arms and legs.

Really want something with a lasting fragrance that I can replace easily without breaking the bank!

I think this is pretty good for the money but it doesn't have a scent www.boots.com/cerave-moisturising-cream-177ml-10258273

Littleguggi · 28/10/2022 21:26

I was going to say cerave too but I prefer the one in a tub

Peridot1 · 28/10/2022 21:31

I like Nivea Soft. Love the smell.

dontgobaconmyheart · 29/10/2022 00:07

For my body my go to is the Garnier intensive 7 days lotion - the shea butter one. Best body moisturiser I've found and usually on offer for £2.50 or so somewhere for a fairly large bottle.

I wouldn't use it on my face though (wouldn't use any body lotion on my face).

SpookyPanda · 29/10/2022 07:58

I would say the cetaphil one but it doesn't smell so that's no good for you.

As pp mentioned, Cerave is really good but unscented. But you could add in a scent if you wanted to. I use this as it's thicker but I'm in peri so like a dried up prune.

My dd uses Nivea in the light blue tub. There is one called Cherry Blossom and she has the coconut one at the moment. It's really nice and light, and a decent amount in the tub for a price.

Cerave

I used to use Boots non scented in a white blue tub but think they’ve discontinued or changed it.

their vitamin C moisturiser is great though too.

GonnaGetGoingReturns · 29/10/2022 10:26

For both my mum uses boots naturals aloe Vera and cucumber lotion.

I tend to use anything, trying to use up stuff so mixture of body butters from Body Shop and L’Occitane.

PAFMO · 29/10/2022 10:29

The best and most moisturising body product is Neutrogena intense which costs about a fiver. It comes in either a bottle or a tub. I prefer the bottle. It has a fresh fragrance.

There's nothing glam about it but I'll never bother again with any other!

BlackAlys · 29/10/2022 10:33

I second Nivea Soft. Buy it from Home Bargains in the white and light blue tub.
£3 ish, light subtle scent and beautifully moisturising.

The dark blue tub - it's very heavy and luxurious but too heavy for my skin. I tend to keep it for my ruddy kneecaps and elbows.

MistyRock · 29/10/2022 10:58

I use a Nivea one in a blue bottle. It's got a drop of oil in. I've got the coconut one.
