Work trousers that pull me in like jeans

I am still carrying a lot of extra lockdown weight but now needing to be back in the office, going to conferences etc so need to find something to wear.
I have some tops which look fine with bootcut jeans and ankle boots, but jeans not always appropriate, so looking for some trousers which are made of firm fabric that will pull me in but still look smart enough for work. Most I have tried I need to go up a size and just look really flabby.
Sadly size 18-20 at the moment,

Whoops, posted too soon.
Can anyone help find something that might be suitable?

Alternatively I can wear tunic dresses with tights and boots, although I am quite short in the body and big busted so must have 3/4 sleeves, scoop neck and cover my big bum without any gathers or seams to cut me off even more. All ideas welcome at this stage!!
Thanks

Try some that have 'ponte' in the title- they tend to be that stretchy but firm fabric. Not bootcut trousers, but I've had asda leggings made in it, and theyre very good for sucking things in.

I haven't had these, but they look like they might do the trick?

Try Hobbs: fabric is quite thick & cuts are varied by style so you should find something that works

Boden Richmonds. Also second trying Hobbs
