Having tried absolutely every bath product from luxe to pound shop - baths are my favourite thing - I would buy a nice dispenser/jar or something and then top up with Imperial Leather which gives the absolute BEST bubbles and costs £1. If you are interested in oils the Aromatherapy Associates ones are fab and look lovely too.

I like AA bath oils but the absolutely best oil for me is Olverum. Expensive but you only need a tiny bit so will last ages. Fabulous looking bottle (get the big one).

I would also get a large biscotti jar (and scoop) - and fill it up with Epsom salts.

Not a bubble bath as such but the Laura Mercier Honey Bath

Agree with PP get some fancy dispensers and fill with imperial leather or radox!

toastofthetown · 25/10/2022 22:24

I love the smell of Badedas.

But I also like to be heavy handed with the bubbles and always have an Imperial Leather/ Radox/ Lidl bubble bath on the go.

Nitgel · 25/10/2022 22:26

Badedas has secret ingredients to super relax. Not an overly attractive bottle tho. 😀

legophoenix · 25/10/2022 22:26

L'Occitane Lavande is lovely.

I also like the Neal's Yard Beauty Sleep bath.

HidingFromDD · 25/10/2022 22:30

Neom is my go to luxury bath, but I like to have a long relaxing bath and the scented bath salts from tkmax are a good budget alternative. Add a good few drops of rose oil to scent the room

GertrudeOHara · 25/10/2022 22:34

Ohh I love Badedas. The smell takes me right back! It has also made me want to go and sniff Matey.

I tried Olverum and loved the “texture” of it but too eucalyptus (is that it?) or minty for me - though I used it loads in September feeling like it would really put off any spiders trying to come in through the extractor fan.

I quite like the Neals Yard Orange and Geranium at Christmas but you did need to make some bubbles yourself for maximum oomph.

FlorettaB · 25/10/2022 22:34

If you want it for the look, I’d find a nice ship’s decanter and fill it with whatever you like.

Username112233 · 25/10/2022 22:36

Not high end but I swear by the Avon bubble baths

xogossipgirlxo · 26/10/2022 13:17

Maybe buy some nice jar and epsom salt? I love it, treat for sore muscles.

GonnaGetGoingReturns · 26/10/2022 13:21

Agreed with @Judystilldreamsofhorses - but for me - I get any plain bubble bath (Sanex/Tesco etc) use that for bubbles and then use whatever else I like - so bubble bath bar (Lush, artisan etc).

bakehimawaytoys · 26/10/2022 13:25

I came on to recommend Olverum, the best bath oil of all time IMO, but Fenjal is also lovely too and a bit cheaper.

20viona · 26/10/2022 13:28

Neom

Babymamaroon · 26/10/2022 13:42

I absolutely love Fenjal and for a more expensive treat Olverum. Both smells are gorgeous!

Mistlewoeandwhine · 27/10/2022 09:17

Badedas is the best bubble bath ever. If you want nice bottles, check out Penhaligons.
