Cheap but good patterned tights?

Where can I buy hood and cheap colourful patterned tights on the high street? I’ve managed to find some in charity shops but would love to find some more to add a little something to an outfit.

I think most do patterned tights now, primark, new look and next are usually my first looks!

Next tights are usually ok although I think M&S are nicer quality wise.
