Shampoo and Conditioner

Morning stylish ones... I need some haircare recommendations. My hair is long, fine but loads of it, it gets tangled quite easily and I don't think my current shampoo/ conditioner is helping. My hair was cut last week so the ends are fresh, sometimes gets a bit dry but never greasy, it can also get a bit frizzy.

I'm using Matrix shampoo and conditioner at the moment (the orange ones) they don't seem to be doing anything for my hair, previously used and loved Redken Extreme when growing out damaged hair but was wondering if there was anything else worth trying before I go back to Redken?

Do you use the full range of just shampoo and conditioner? I've seen so many varied reviews.

My hair is similar, but also curly, rather than frizzy. I realised that shampoo was completely messing up my hair and switched to co-washing only. That was three years ago - my hair is literally the best its ever been.

Oribe. The best you can buy imo after trying everything else. It is expensive but amazing.
