Really soft children's tights

My 9yo DD hates itchy tights with a passion and finds the slightest fault with any pair.

Has anyone else been in the same situation and found any lovely, soft brands to recommend?

Bamboo ones. Sockshop probably have some. The socks were a game changer for my son and I've got bamboo tights now and love them.
