Dress for disco party

Need urgent help pls! Need a nice dress to wear to my dd's disco party this weekend. I've left myself till last and I've been pregnant or bfing the last few winters so my clothes are v casual and scruffy as they're old. Any ideas or has anyone seen anything nice? Im a zara/H&M/ river island kinda gal. Thanks so much!

I do have this skirt which I haven't worn yet which looks nice with cream boots but what top? The shops are full of knitted stuff and it's quite mild and I'm a warm person anyway so I'm struggling. Thanks!

What size are you? What bits of your body do you like? I love a dress hunt.

Love the green sequin number but it's DD's party so it's only a little disco in a village hall but I wanted to wear something nice. I'm a size 12/14, normally a midi dress kind of gal if I'm going with a dress. I have so many nice summer casual midi dresses that would be perfect if it wasn't October! Always find winter so much harder. I would revert to jeans and a nice top but I only really wear sweatshirts and I want to dance so that'll be too hot!

Get a fitted long sleeved black top and wear that tucked into the skirt and a silver necklace and high heeled boots?
