I used to like the Superskin lip balm in the plastic tube with the doe foot applicator. The new metal tube has split, with the contents leaking out of the cracks. I won’t be buying it again.
The eye cream used to be in a pump applicator, now it’s in a pot I keep using too much.
I know it’s all environmentally friendly, but it’s not user friendly. I think I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Have you emailed them? I find their customer services really good and I expect they would just refund you. They refunded me recently when I emailed them saying I was finding a product was stinging my skin that didn't before - despite the fact I made a point of saying it may well be me that was the issue and was just asking if the ingredients had changed.

I might do that, I’m more bothered about the fact that I don’t enjoy using those products any more, due to the packaging.
