Namechanged!
Would love some advice on how I might treat this. Over the past few years I've developed a fairly prominent smile line on one side of my face (beside my mouth, running down towards my chin) that almost looks 'forked' at the bottom!
I'm almost 47, so don't expect to look eggshell smooth, but the uneven-ness bothers me...when I smile mu lines look even, so I'm not quite sure why this has happened.
When I pull the skin back the line disappears, but obviously I'm not looking into having a facelift 😅I've never had any botox or fillers and have always felt extremely wary. I also don't see how it would work in this case (as with say, botox on forehead lines or filler for marionette lines).
My skin otherwise is pretty good but I have no idea what might help here. I use a retinol at night and have had some radio-frequency facials which make a bit of difference but not for long. Help!
