Size 9 shoe help please

I need help finding some flat comfortable size 9 (EU43) shoes.

I have previously lived in Lands End Bungee Ballets or Mary Janes but neither of them are currently on sale.
I have ordered and returned so many pairs because they aren't comfortable - I have quite a high arch so need height in a shoe but also have slightly wide feet but wide fit are usually too wide.

I think I am looking for something that doesn't exist.

Try the more traditional brands like Church's, Grenson, Gabor, Fly London, Ecco and similar.
They might only go up to Size 8 but their shoes often tend to run a bit long IME.

Try Pavers.Co.uk : decent selection of comfortable shoes and boots. Reasonable prices, good quality. (No, I don’t work for them 😂)

Justworkplease · 17/10/2022 13:27

Try Gabor 😊 particularly their G Fit/Comfort Fit styles 😊

Hotter go up to a size 9

schoolworries22 · 17/10/2022 14:17

Try Otto + Ivy

Pavers

I'm an 8 (used to be a 9 until I shed 40kg), but I find I can wear a 7 in a M&S wide fit, so you might squeak into an 8?
Next used to have 9s, TKMaxx occasionally (although sometimes they claim 42 are a 9 which used to give me the rage).

Ginandthings · 17/10/2022 14:37

Dr martens go up to a 9 in woman’s and do some Mary jane styles, next also go up to a 9 in some of theirs but it’s generally online only

KingsArmy · 17/10/2022 14:46

I have some comfortable size 9's from Clarks.

Srx1 · 17/10/2022 14:53

Asos does bigger sizes - I also always had this problem, I'm in between 8 and 9

hairyunicorn · 17/10/2022 14:54

I 2nd Asos, they also do wider fit

MrsPnut · 18/10/2022 12:12

Thank you, I shall look at ASOS and Pavers.

I've had loads of different styles from Next because at least they have free returns, but still not managed to find anything that is comfortable.
