High St Eyebrow Pencil Recommendations

Bunny2021 · 17/10/2022 11:14

Any recommendations for eyebrow pencils? I keep buying pencils/bruches etc but can't find anything that I like.

I do tint my eyebrows but I also sometimes need something just to top them up between tints.

I recently bought the No7 Eyebrow Precision Pencil when my Charlotte Tilbury ran out and it seems fine

Nyx ones are great, lots of shades and thicknesses, go on soft and stay put.

Brow Wow by Barry M.

Laval. Cheap as chips too.

Zebracat · 18/10/2022 13:08

Rommel are good. They do a great medium brown.

greengrass22 · 18/10/2022 14:04

Rimmel is great

Soozikinzii · 18/10/2022 14:11

NYX fill and fluff with the little brush . Especially if you have auburn hair like me but they have all.colours .

Sachertortie · 18/10/2022 14:22

I've used this one from No7 for years: www.boots.com/beauty/makeup/eyes/eyebrows/no7-eyebrow-sculpting-pencil-10294027

My eyebrows are a bit patchy and its great for filling them in and shaping, you can also build up the coverage gradually. It helps if you soften the edges by rubbing it on the back of your hand the first time you use it as it can be a bit scratchy when brand new!

Have tried loads of expensive ones and one of the best I've found is actually this max factor one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B07864XB3M?psc=1&ref=ppxpoppmobbbasin_title

Elf in neutral brown, great colour, gives a natural effect.

NotquitewhatImeant · 19/10/2022 08:11

I always come back to the rimmel one too

Pegasushaswings · 19/10/2022 08:13

Primark -the one I buy has pencil, powder and eyebrow mascara all in one. Revolution powder is good too and i have hardly any eyebrow left.

PAFMO · 19/10/2022 08:15

Rimmel or Maybelline.
Literally better than any high end ones. I had the Maybelline with the spoolie on the end of the pencil, colour and textures were great but it lasted only about a week. Now I just use the one with the brush on the cap.

MichaelAndEagle · 19/10/2022 08:16

Rimmel, used it for years and hope they never discontinue!!
Has a handy brush on the lid, useful for an 'out and about' make up kit.

nannybeach · 19/10/2022 08:20

Benefit, although my favourite is Avon. Natural blonde, front completely white, pale skin and vanishing eyebrows , difficult to get a grey tone in the high street.

Mercurial123 · 19/10/2022 08:30

Another vote for NYX with the small brush, it's really good.

What is the point in replying with recommendations to this kind of thread when the OPs never come back? Puts me right off bothering.

toastfiend · 21/10/2022 20:38

IT Cosmetics if you don't mind something a bit more spendy.

Nyx or Sleek if you want budget friendly.

Pigtailsandall · 22/10/2022 15:55

Benefit here too. Their eyebrow range is amazing.

I’m very grateful to everyone for the recommendations - I haven’t had an opportunity to take the time to respond.

The very fine Kiko one is excellent, and comes with a sharpener. &Other Stories also do a good one. I like the Rimmel brow mascara too - it's surprisingly natural one me.

Auldspinster · 24/10/2022 13:00

Primark do a good ashy brown one.
