Hoping for help and advice from the Style & Beauty hive mind!
My nails have never been the best but they are awful at the moment - thin, weak, breaking. They are embarrassing...
What are your recommendations?

BIAB nails. I'm a biter and have thin, peeling nails. I had it for the first time last week and they look great. BIAB stands for builder in a bottle and helps to strengthen nails.

I have BIAB on my nails too. It keeps them lovely and strong and if you ask them to do it thinly it looks very natural.
